    What is your process for this? Just plain peppers placed in a tray? How long do you smoke them and what is the finale product when they come out? Totally dried out? How long will these last once your done? Do they need to be frozen after?

    Sorry for all the questions. I’ve got an electric smoker and 2x reape+ 2x ghost +2x red habinaro plants about to ripen with tons of peppers.  I usualy just freeze them the put them in a food processor before adding them to food.

    I’m jealous now; my Traeger kicked the bucket (both the hot rod and the auger kicked the bucket), but made awesome smoked peppers.
